User Agreement

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

This User Agreement governs your use of the Lineage II Interlude server hosted at l2tartarusproject.com.

By accessing or playing on the server, you agree to the terms outlined below.

LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the server for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

OWNERSHIP

All elements of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Accounts
• Characters
• Items
• Virtual currency

remain the sole property of the Service.

RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized software
• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
• Trade or sell accounts/items for real-world money
• Harass players or staff
• Impersonate administrators

Violations may result in penalties including permanent bans.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We are not liable for:

• Account theft
• Unauthorized access
• Loss of virtual items

SERVER MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right at any time to:

• Reset or wipe the server
• Modify gameplay, rates, or mechanics
• Remove or adjust items and characters

DONATIONS

Donations are voluntary and support server operation.

• Donations do not grant ownership rights
• Any rewards are optional and subject to change
• Donations are non-refundable unless required by law

NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Loss of gameplay progress
• Server downtime
• Data loss or corruption

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.
